To use less than 2 ml of diluted antibodies per blot
pack the blot tightly into a sealy-bag, and add your antibodies onto the
protein side. Worried about little air bubbles in your sealy-bag
now? 1) Tape it face-up onto a
container. 2) Put balls (squash, golf)
onto this container. 3) Put the
container onto a shaker to shake the balls around. These will keep your antibody solution and any air bubbles inside the
sealy-bag moving around throughout your incubation period. |
