Bad Feng Shui

Bad Feng Shui:

Work bench in line with the door
= Bad negative energy (might explain your results)

Yellow fluorescent lights lead to a spiritual death.

Cluttered labs, especially those with biohazard bags left on the floor.

Bottles of sterilised, unopened buffers that when swirled contain white floaties.

Coomassie stained bench tops.

Good Feng Shui

Good Feng Shui:

Lab bench farthest from the room entrance for the "command" position.

Natural blue daylight lighting.

A gleaming ethanol-wiped-downed stainless steel hood after a long day of working with something particularly nasty and infectious.

The new flashy designer bubble microfuges.

Water bath in the East, North or South East to align chi.  (If its in the north, add black or blue fish to activate success!)
